  6. Looks like we found the same quote this week Maverick! I have a very vivid memory of a very young monk peeking out of gigantic bright red monastery doors in China last year. By the time my camera was focused he was gone :-(. Wonder how long that lost opportunity will haunt me!!

    • GMTA. 🙂 You’ve got some really magnificent photos of birds this week. Your missed monk peeking from the gigantic bright red doors does sound like it would have been a great photo Tina. I’ve had some missed shots but then I remind myself that sometimes the shots that I thought were going to be good don’t meet the expectations, and other times ones I don’t think much about turn out surprisingly well.
