Christmas is a time of little time.
How we get there is a mystery.
Racing madly mall-to-mall, we climb
Into fields of sunlit harmony.
Shopping, cooking, clearing walks and yards,
Trimming house and tree while working, too;
Making phone calls, wrapping, writing cards,
As all worn out we do what we must do
So that this day of joy might joy renew.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Merry Christmas, Maverick. I no longer participate in the insanity and haven’t for years. Nope. I just walked. Now hubby and I just have a quiet day and relax. Perhaps this year we will go photo shooting. Love, Amy

Thank you so much, Maverick. I look forward to time spent with hubby getting gorgeous winter scenes, IF it snows. Not much to see now … keeping fingers crossed. LOL Merry Christmas to you and your Loved ones! Love, Amy
