Now sleeps the crimson petal, now the white;
Nor waves the cypress in the palace walk;
Nor winks the gold fin in the porphyry font;
The firefly wakens, waken thou with me.
Now droops the milk-white peacock like a ghost,
And like a ghost she glimmers on to me.
Now lies the Earth all Danae to the stars,
And all thy heart lies open unto me.
Now slides the silent meteor on, and leaves
A shining furrow, as thy thoughts, in me.
Now folds the lily all her sweetness up,
And slips into the bosom of the lake.
So fold thyself, my dearest, thou, and slip
Into my bosom and be lost in me.
Alfred, Lord Tennyson

Maverick, this is perfection! The poetry you selected for this image and HOW you edited this image I have no idea! I am stunned. Really. Just magical and YOU created it. Thank you. Love, Amy

How DID you edit this? With PS? Or an app? Clueless here …..

Thanks Amy. I rarely use PS. My basic steps are to first run it through Lightroom to adjust brightness, contrast, etc., then PS should there be a need to remove a blemish, and finally I finish with Nik and the sharpness. Each photo decides individually which direction it goes as to how much of what. Hope that helps. 🙂

Eyes are crossed. HOW do you keep track of of so many editing programs? I only have PS and I still don’t know it all. Good grief! You are a genius! Wow! (((HUGS))) Amy
