  3. Maverick, I really love what you have done with this rose. It is gorgeous. Just gorgeous. I see my friends all around me entering challenges and contests and I feel sad, out of the loop. I just cannot swing it right now. Perhaps one day when I get my dream camera. OH yeah! xx Amy

      • OH, you really know how to make me feel better. Aw, Maverick, I have such dreams, but it always seems life and money seem to get in the way of them. If I can get the images I am out of the camera I have, I can only imagine what I can do with my dream camera. Every time I go looking at lenses or camera bodies, I start to get into a panic when I see the um price tag. So, I focus on what I have NOW, enjoy NOW, and let the future unfold all by itself. I really do thank you again regarding my waterfalls. I must admit, I really outdid myself on them. You should see those falls when we have floods here. Oh, you will know when I get those because I will. And I am still treasure hunting for other falls too. How are YOU doing in that department? I’ll be watching out for your waterfalls. And I bet they will be GOOD!!!! Now you let ME know what contests YOU enter because I know I won’t have a chance so I will make sure I bypass those. (((HUGS))) Amy

      • Amy, I posted my waterfalls a couple of days ago when you weren’t looking, lol. https://maverickmist.wordpress.com/2014/06/22/falling-waters/ Sometimes it seems like there’s never enough time and/or money and I might get lens envy for a moment when I see someone walk by with a bazooka sized lens but we’re doing pretty good with what we got. Sometimes you’ve got the magic Amy and that’s something you can’t buy. Take care of you and it’ll all work out eventually.
