“And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer.”

Thanks Amy. It’s waterfall weekend! ^5
Hopefully the water doesn’t fall on my head… although that will keep everything green. 🙂

It’s been very rainy here too, Maverick. I was out shooting flowers last night, and I was majorly attacked by vipers, blood sucking insects. That’s it! I am bringing out the natural bug spray. My left hand is so swollen from one of these bites that I just look at it in amazement and say, “A tiny bug did THAT?” I was shooting down by a creek (I think Monday’s posting) and these tiny buggers were all over me and my camera! I’m drawing the line! Bug spray! xx Amy

Can’t blame the bugs because you probably smell like roses to them. 🙂 Sulfur is a natural bug repellent. I’ve heard that in the service some would eat a match head to ward off skeeters and ticks. I knew a lady that would sprinkle her feet and pants legs with sulfur powder before walking her dog in the woods. She had stinky feet but maybe less bug bites. It’s summer so go ahead and break out your bug spray Amy.

I have sulphur Homeopathy and YOU just reminded me that I gave this remedy to one of my cats last year due to the bugs biting him. It worked. Hmmm…..If it worked for him it will work for me. It’s worth a try at least. And as for smelling like a rose….. I must laugh because I make my own body butters and yep, I have ROSE Fragrance Oil in the one I am using now. Hehehehehehee No wonder I am getting bit up! Tee hee. Too funny!!! xx
